Please make sure to read these terms thoroughly,
if something isn't clear please contact the artist directly.REQUIREMENTS:
Please fill and submit the commission google form.
Commissions are accepted subjectively, not all inquiries will be accepted.
The Commissioner acknowledges and agrees that they will only be receiving digital files, there will be no delivery of physical files.COMMUNICATION & REVISIONS:
Artist will be in touch for feedback through Twitter, Discord, or Email;
please reply as soon as possible to ensure faster turnaround times.
Design revisions are permitted in the initial design phase,
every edit after that will be charged accordingly.PAYMENT DETAILS:
The price of the models will vary depending on the complexity, prices will be discussed through DM's before any payment is settled.
An invoice will be sent once the commission is confirmed.
50% Upfront payment, remaining 50% before final deliverables are sent.
Mode of payment: PayPalREFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:
In case of cancellation from the client's side, the initial 50% will not be refunded; all rights to the model or WIP will be kept with the artist.
In case of cancellation from the artist's side, a full refund will be issued and the model will be disposed of.DELIVERABLES:
Turn around time: 4 - 6 Weeks
(subject to change due to other commitments)
Final work will be sent by Email or WeTransferRIGHTS:
- The artist may share their progress on Twitter/Twitch; if the client does not want that, please make sure to let the artist know.
- The artist reserves the right to refuse a commission, and reserves all rights to use the work in any personal portfolio if they so choose to.
- The client is forbidden from the use of the artwork for resale or commercial profit unless permitted by the artist.
- Client does not have the right to mint/sell/tokenize any of the work as NFT.
- The client is not to claim the artwork as their own or edit out the original signature.
- Client is allowed to repost artwork anywhere with credit linking back to the artist's Twitter @dariruupom
